Qualifications

• Strong communication across technical, clinical and operational teams.
• Experience with federal consulting or DoD/VHA/MHS preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident management tracking and reporting.
• Develop briefing materials and maintain dashboards.
• Create executive reports using ServiceNow and PowerBI.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to monitor and update tickets.
• Ensure compliance with processes and quality control of incident data.
• Escalate risks and issues proactively.
