Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Manager to lead day‑to‑day management of healthcare interfaces, including design, deployment, and cutover. The role requires guiding both functional and technical teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and escalating risks as needed.

The position requires working out of the Arlington, VA office 4x/week and close collaboration with the VA OEHRM program Release Manager and Delivery Lead to ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex healthcare interfaces and deployments.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and raise issues/risks as appropriate.
• Strong project management skills with guidance from functional and technical perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project initiation, design, deployment, and cutover activities for interfaces.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and risk documentation; assist teams as needed.
• Coordinate with Release Manager, PMO, and vendors to confirm scope and status.
• Prepare status reports for upper management and ensure deliverables meet scope and budget.
• Maintain Jira backlog and ensure timely updates in reporting tools.
• Travel up to 25% in the DC metro area.
