Job summary

Abridge seeks a Clinical Success Director to lead adoption of our generative AI platform for clinicians. You will work with clients, product, design, and medical teams to translate conversations into actionable data and reduce cognitive load in documentation.

You will train users, surface feedback, define clinical roadmaps, track usage, and articulate value through demos and collateral. Travel up to 20% and a fast-paced startup culture at a company honored for ambient AI and patient-centered

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience (MD/DO/PA/NP)
• Experience with Epic and understanding of clinical documentation workflows
• Strong ability to build relationships across organizational levels
• Proven track record of leading initiatives from conception through launch
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide clinician enablement through education and training, developing collateral, and managing relationships with clinical champions and advisors
• Surface product feedback and help define a clinical product roadmap
• Develop product strategy artifacts showing how enhancements expand reach and improve clinician experiences
• Develop, monitor, and report end-user utilization and clinical success metrics
• Create sales collateral and conduct product demos to showcase capabilities to prospective customers
