Job summary

Abridge is seeking a Clinical Success Director to drive adoption of our AI-powered platform for clinicians. You will enable educators and champions, design collateral, and collaborate with product, design, ML, and healthcare professionals to turn conversations into actionable data.

You will surface clinical feedback, contribute to the clinical product roadmap, and develop strategies that expand the platform’s reach while improving clinician experience and trust in the output.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling clinicians to adopt and learn new platforms.
• Ability to translate user feedback into actionable product ideas.
• Strong collaboration with product, design, ML, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinician education and training to new users; build collateral to drive adoption.
• Surface product feedback and help define a clear clinical roadmap.
• Develop artifacts that articulate how product enhancements expand reach and value for clinicians.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate clinical success metrics and impact.
