• Experience managing federal FOH or similar customer relationships.
• Familiarity with government regulations and FOH service delivery.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple SMEs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages the customer experience in partnership with FOH CAM and POC.
• Coordinates scope, IAAs, and funding documents with Account Analyst.
• Leads strategic customer meetings and communicates progress and outcomes.
• Prepares weekly progress reports and tracks service performance.
• Represents FOH and ensures a cohesive customer experience.
