Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, sales, or client services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership.
• Comfort engaging with clients by phone, email, video, and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail.
• Interest in developing into an account management/business-development professional.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with ACI clients and partners.
• Understand and translate client staffing and consulting requirements.
• Coordinate with recruiting to align client needs and timelines.
• Manage client and candidate activity throughout hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and gather client feedback.
• Track opportunities, interviews, and next steps in ACI systems.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Research client organizations and federal programs.
• Participate in client meetings and business-development activities.
• Grow into larger account management responsibilities.
