Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Product Manager to guide the development and enhancement of Human Capital Management solutions, aligning work with organizational goals and user needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, with hands-on experience in PeopleSoft or similar HCM systems. A TS/SCI clearance is required and agile/SAFe experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft or other HCM systems.
• Experience with agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with product roadmapping tools and requirements management systems.
• Experience with user story mapping, backlog grooming and sprint planning.

Responsibilities
