Qualifications

10+ years of federal business development, capture, or growth experience.
Knowledge of federal procurement and contract vehicles.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities across DHS components and civilian federal agencies.
Build and maintain a high‑quality, well‑qualified growth pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
Develop and execute account growth and capture strategies.
Engage government customers pre‑solicitation to understand mission needs and shape opportunities.
Position AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and data solutions in mission‑relevant terms.
