BizFirst is seeking a Head of U.S. Federal Growth to lead cross‑functional efforts across the federal government, driving strategy from early interest to funded programs. You will own business development, capture management, government affairs, and strategic partnerships to win federal opportunities.

The role targets defense and civilian agencies, including maritime operations, environmental intelligence, weather and ocean data. Remote work available in the U.S. with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. federal business development or related field.
• Experience advancing and winning complex federal opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition lifecycle and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-cutting activities to identify, shape, capture, and win federal opportunities.
• Own business development, capture, government affairs, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with sales, product, engineering, legal, and finance to shape executable pursuits.
• Represent the company at federal-market engagements and industry events.
• Travel up to 25% to meet customers, policymakers, and partners.
