Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to document and analyze the Federal Partner's grants management processes, including roles, workflows, and reporting requirements. You will support system enhancements and function as a SME for troubleshooting and advisory services, while maintaining strong customer-facing communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to demonstrate customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills to use technology, resources, and time efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Salesforce and Visio experience is a plus; must obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document the Federal Partner’s grants management objectives, processes, workflows, and reports.
• Identify business process improvements and potential Grant Solutions enhancements.
• Assist with partner communications regarding business processes and system updates.
• Support the team lead in implementing partner-specific strategy.
• Develop SME-level understanding of the system for troubleshooting and advisory.
