Guidehouse is seeking a qualified consultant to support federal grants management modernization across the grants lifecycle, including pre-award, award, and post-award activities. You will assess processes, operating models, and program performance to identify risks and opportunities, facilitate stakeholder interviews, and develop actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of consulting, business analysis, grants management, process improvement, or related field.
• Public sector and grants management experience required.
• Experience with federal grants programs, grants lifecycle, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to assess processes and data.
• Experience mapping processes, documenting workflows, and gathering requirements.
• Experience facilitating interviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings through presentations and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support federal clients in improving and modernizing grants management across the lifecycle.
• Assess processes, operating models, and program performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Conduct analyses and quality reviews to enhance effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes.
• Develop strategic deliverables including assessments, process maps, findings reports, and client communications.
• Support transformation initiatives through process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities and drive project execution.
• Own and deliver high-quality work products within a collaborative consulting team.
