Guidehouse is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to support federal clients by improving operational performance, standardizing business processes, and driving organizational transformation across contracts and grants management.

You will conduct process analyses, develop SOPs, coordinate projects, gather requirements, and facilitate stakeholder engagements, delivering client-ready reports and executive communications to help achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust; candidates with an active Public Trust are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Two or more years of experience in process improvement, operations, or consulting.
• Experience with federal grants management, cooperative agreements, acquisitions, or shared services.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPR, CPI, or related methodologies.
• Experience documenting processes, SOPs, policies, or procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, job aids, and related docs.
• Support business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate project management activities: scheduling, agendas, status, risks.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for assessments.
• Develop client-ready reports, presentations, and executive briefs.
• Support implementation planning, change management, and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
