Job summary

Guidehouse Senior Consultant – Grants Lifecycle Process Improvement is responsible for supporting federal clients to optimize grants management across pre-award, award, and post-award stages. You will assess processes, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, compliance, and outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in consulting or grants management, with readiness to obtain a Federal Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience with federal grants lifecycle and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support federal clients to improve grants management across pre-, during, and post-award stages.
• Map processes, identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Develop deliverables: assessments, process maps, reports, and client communications.
• Lead or support transformation initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
