Guidehouse is seeking a Grants Management Consultant or Senior Consultant to design and implement federal grant projects for state and local government clients. You will support strategic planning, financial management, monitoring and compliance, and stakeholder engagement across full lifecycle grants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of ONE (1+) year of overall work experience for a consultant AND Minimum of THREE (3+) years overall work experience for a senior consultant
• Experience in grants management and Uniform Guidance - 2 CFR 200, and its application to different types of financial assistance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with state and local government clients to establish or enhance grants management processes and procedures across the entire grants lifecycle
• Help to identify and proactively address client needs by presenting potential solutions to challenges or issues
• Participate in client discussions and meetings
• Effectively and concisely communicate and present information to clients and leadership
• Develop agendas, meeting materials, and talking points in preparation for meetings
• Develop high-quality presentations that effectively communicate key objectives and facilitate discussion across multiple stakeholders
• Develop and ensure quality deliverables
• Participate in business development activities
• General project/task management
• Participate in internal and external grants management-related training, knowledge management, and thought leadership activities
