Job summary

EY’s Government & Public Sector GPS practice seeks a detail-oriented analyst to support audit reporting and documentation for federal clients. You will compile data, analyze results, and review findings from junior staff while applying accounting and auditing concepts to client situations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
United States citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance or higher.
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to meet milestone deadlines and budget requirements.
Experience with accounting, business management and/or technology concepts.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing audit reporting and documentation by compiling data and developing reports.
Identify potential audit issues from analysis of financial statements and raise issues for resolution.
Apply accounting and auditing concepts to client situations.
Supervise audit procedures and documentation by AA staff.
Perform financial and audit data analytics.
Monitor project scope, schedule, and client engagement deliverables.
