Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Assurance professional to lead and manage audit teams within the GPS practice. This role oversees Senior Analysts through Associate Analysts, guiding audit reporting, documentation, and procedures for federal clients.

You will apply accounting concepts, identify issues, and drive client deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will work in a hybrid Service Delivery Center, collaborating with cross-functional EY teams to meet project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPA required.
• US citizenship; ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance or higher.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, incl. 3+ years in Federal financial, accounting or audit work.
• Proven people management experience in a metrics-driven, distributed environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, supervision and evaluation of Senior Analysts, Analysts and Associate Analysts.
• Manage audit reporting and documentation.
• Identify audit issues from financial analysis and raise to engagement senior manager.
• Apply accounting/auditing concepts to client situations.
• Oversee documentation and execution of audit procedures.
• Drive development of audit deliverables and analytics.
• Monitor project scope, schedule and engagement progress.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across EY functions.
• Ensure milestones, deadlines and budgets are met.
• Communicate progress and status to senior manager.
