Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales, marketing, or account management experience, with Federal Government or DOD exposure.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Federal prime contractors and systems integrators.
• Four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for Federal customers and DOD programs.
• Identify and pursue new Federal opportunities across agencies and locations.
• Maintain strategic relationships with prime contractors, systems integrators, and defense contractors.
• Collaborate with Graybar branches, districts, and internal partners to execute account strategies.
• Coordinate customer requirements across sites, agencies, and divisions.
• Provide market knowledge, sales direction, and training to districts and field managers.
