APSI Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer/Construction Inspector for the FCI Leavenworth Prison project in Leavenworth, KS.

The role supports the Owner's agent team during closeout and activation phases, ensuring BOP standards and project deliverables are met. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction contract administration and inspection, OSHA 30HR, and strong documentation skills with MS Office and Bluebeam.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in construction contract administration and inspection.
• OSHA 30-hour safety training before start.
• US Citizenship required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam.
• Experience with QA/QC on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily site inspections to verify functionality of operational systems.
• Prepare daily site reports and monitor contractor schedules.
• Coordinate in the field with clients, owners, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Maintain project records and photographic logs.
• Review and advise on contractor change orders and pay applications.
• Coordinate 3rd-party testing and inspections.
