Job summary

ENGEO, Inc. is seeking a Special Inspector to perform field inspections at active project sites, ensuring safety and quality from foundation to completion. You will inspect reinforced concrete, steel, and fireproofing systems, with opportunities to expand into masonry and wood framing.

Daily documentation will be completed using company tablets. The role requires ACI and ICC certifications, a clean driving record, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven dependability in field inspections or related work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections at active project sites.
• Reinforce steel inspection, concrete placement and sampling.
• Conduct pre-stressed and post-tensioned concrete inspections.
• Perform structural steel bolting and welding inspections.
• Carry out fireproofing inspections.
• Document inspections and test results using company devices.
