Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Federal Government agency accounts.
• Retain revenue while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans to achieve retention and growth.
• Lead full sales cycle from opportunity to close with proposals and pricing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
