AFG Group, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to oversee multiple improvements at land ports of entry. You will manage scope development, estimates, procurement support, and coordination with GSA staff while remaining an AFG employee.

Work involves site travel to Texas and New Mexico, with occasional evening or weekend work. Strong communication with designers, contractors, and users is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing facility renovation and repair projects with ability to prepare scopes and routine estimates.
• Ability to communicate with designers and contractors and understand engineering estimates.
• Knowledge of interior renovations, painting, lighting, and access improvements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and maintain accurate records with government staff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop scopes of work, including design-only scopes; conduct site assessments and define requirements.
• Prepare Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) with quantities, labor, materials, and costs.
• Assist with procurement by developing technical scopes and supporting documents; review proposals and cost estimates.
• Track scope, budget, schedule, issues, and closeout; maintain project records and updates.
• Engage GSA subject matter experts for fire protection, structural, and other needs.
