Job summary

AFG Group, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Project Manager with a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of federal or private sector construction management experience to lead multi-project efforts and ensure technical quality, cost, and schedule.

The PM will coordinate leasing, design, and construction activities, manage budgets and schedules, and support procurement and security clearance processes (HSPD-12) for federal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of federal or private sector construction management experience.
• Proven ability to manage technical aspects of commercial or government projects.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides project and/or construction management of a single major program or multiple projects.
• Leads inspection and quality assurance to ensure timely oversight.
• Prepares and updates project schedules and budgets.
• Supports leasing, design, and construction activities including procurement and RWA/TI budgeting.
