Job summary

MIRACORP Inc. is seeking a Building Support Service Specialist to support federal customers in the US Virgin Islands. The role provides building management, construction management, and project management services, serving as the on-site point of contact during projects.

The candidate should have at least five years of experience in managing commercial or residential buildings, with strong budgeting, compliance, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ work experience in managing commercial or residential buildings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on budget and on schedule.
• Ability to administer and manage large or diverse properties.
• Superior customer service skills and professional interaction with visitors, contractors, and federal personnel.
• Excellent accounting and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of National, State, and Local laws and codes.
• Must be able to obtain HSPD-12 federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the on-site POC during construction projects and when interacting with federal client personnel.
• Performs property management and inspections of federally owned facilities.
• Oversees repair and alteration projects in federal locations within the Field Office.
• Sets up meetings with construction and building maintenance contractors.
• Performs periodic budget reviews for federal customers.
• Prepares reports and letters for building manager signature.
