Job summary

Miracorp Inc. is seeking a Building Support Service Specialist to assist the Building Manager on Saint Thomas and support federal field offices in US Virgin Islands.

You will track projects, coordinate deliveries, notify tenants of shutdowns, provide logistics support, and prepare SOWs and IGEs. The role requires 5–10 years in building management, strong customer service, and solid budgeting skills, with after-hours availability and security clearance (HSPD-12).

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing commercial or residential buildings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on budget and schedule.
• Experience administering large property portfolios and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Manager in St Thomas and coordinate island-wide projects.
• Track all island projects and provide regular status updates.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and Independent Government Estimates (IGEs).
• Coordinate deliveries and notify tenants of shutdowns.
• Provide administrative support and prepare project reports for review.
