Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Procurement Manager based in the United States to lead procurement for federal construction and EPC projects. You will oversee sourcing, price analysis, and compliance with government requirements while coordinating with preconstruction, contracts, and legal teams.

This remote role includes travel to project sites and supplier facilities, shaping procurement strategy across complex federal EPC programs and CPSR readiness. Compensation reflects seniority and market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement/subcontract management experience, including 5+ years on federal EPC projects as a prime contractor.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 44, DFARS, and DEAR requirements for DOE work.
• Experience preparing for CPSRs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities to ensure competitive and fully documented purchases.
• Lead sourcing for prospective and awarded projects, including bid analyses and price reasonableness.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement files with SAM compliance and subcontract documentation.
• Coordinate long-lead procurement with project schedules and transfer documentation to Contracts/PMO.
