Job summary

DZMC is seeking a full-time EPC Project Procurement Manager, Supply Chain, MC to remotely support Day & Zimmermann project teams in the United States. You will identify suppliers, lead bids, negotiate terms, and manage the procurement lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and compliance with client requirements.

A CPSM certification and 5+ years in Construction, Power & Industrial supply chain are preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills are essential, with a track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction, Power & Industrial Supply Chain.
• CPSM - Certification by the Institute for Supply Chain Management.
• Renewables and/or Solar Project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors for project-specific requirements.
• Lead competitive bid processes, commercial evaluations, and supplier selection recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, warranties, delivery schedules, and other contractual protections.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support project execution and future business opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Provide oversight of procurement lifecycle from RBL to PO/Subcontract closeout and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client requirements and schedules.
