Job summary

Quanta Government Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day procurement for a growing federal EPC prime contractor. Remote with site travel, reporting to the Director of Preconstruction Operations, you will implement procurement policy and build an audit-ready purchasing operation.

Responsibilities include leading sourcing for pursuits and awarded work, ensuring compliance with Buy American, DFARS/DEAR, and government Review requirements, maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of procurement or subcontract management experience.
• Experience with federal contracting and EPC work as a prime contractor.
• Familiarity with FAR Part 44, Buy American, and DFARS/DEAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement for a federal EPC prime contractor.
• Implement and maintain procurement policy, plans, and procedures.
• Source for pursuits and awarded projects with audit-ready files.
• Ensure compliance with Buy American, DFARS, DEAR, and related requirements.
• Collaborate with Contracts and Legal on disclosure reviews and pass-throughs.
• Develop supplier lists, prequalification, and performance scorecards.
• Plan material and long-lead procurement against project schedules.
