Job summary

Johnson Controls Federal Systems (JCFS) is seeking an Electronic Security Sales Account Executive to lead profitable growth for federal accounts in the Washington DC metro or Norfolk VA area. You will manage a broad range of security products and services, drive recurring revenue, and act as Capture Manager on competitive solicitations.

You will build account plans, present to senior leaders, and collaborate with Field Operations to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in development and sales of Electronic Security Systems projects (Intrusion, Access, Video)
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; ability to address senior executives and military officials
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by selling a broad range of Johnson Controls electronic security products to federal customers.
• Build and develop an account portfolio in the Washington DC/Norfolk territory through prospecting and capture efforts.
• Lead customer presentations and demonstrations using technical knowledge and business acumen to drive opportunities.
• Develop account plans and execute growth initiatives for new and target accounts.
• Collaborate with internal resources to improve delivery and incorporate customer feedback and trends.
