Qualifications

8+ years in application engineering for integrated or electronic security systems.
5+ years in progressive leadership roles in construction or building tech.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, Revit and related design tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams delivering ESS solutions for federal sites.
Shape the technical approach for multi-million dollar proposals and programs.
Champion digital tools, automation, and data analytics to optimize system performance.
Drive quality, standards, and continuous improvement across regions.
Provide engineering drawings and packages compliant with federal specs.
Oversee schedules, resources, forecasting, and billing with project managers.
Engage customers to tailor solutions meeting operational, security, and enviro objectives.
Identify new technologies and methods to improve cyber resilience and reliability.
Ensure designs align with FAR, DoD standards, and security protocols.
Conduct monthly manpower reviews to align workload with staffing.
