Job summary

Aptive Resources is seeking a Health IT Project Manager to support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) in planning and executing IT and EHR modernization projects that sustain healthcare delivery for individuals in ICE custody.

This role oversees IT projects across the lifecycle, ensures adherence to standard processes, and coordinates interdisciplinary teams, reporting progress, risks, and issues to Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management experience required (enterprise Health IT programs).
• Experience leading multi-project initiatives across clinical, technical, and operational domains.
• Ability to develop integrated schedules and manage dependencies.
• Experience producing executive-level briefings and status reports.
• Familiarity with federal IT policy and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management activities for IT and health service projects, ensuring compliance with federal and agency standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support medical care and program initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support responses to congressional inquiries and other high-level communications.
• Provide input for process improvement and policy development.
• Maintain project records and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives with organizational goals.
