Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a Federal Program Manager – EHRM Delivery Implementation Lead to oversee enterprise EHR modernization in large federal healthcare environments. You will manage design, data collection, build, testing, training, activation preparation, and transition readiness across cohorts and waves.

The role requires extensive experience with healthcare IT modernization, strong stakeholder coordination, and proven program delivery leadership in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 12 years of healthcare IT, EHR implementation, program delivery, or enterprise modernization experience.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-wave EHR implementations across large health systems or federal environments.
• Experience coordinating design, data collection, build, testing, training, go-live readiness, and transition planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of EHR modernization implementations across facilities, cohorts, waves, and health system environments.
• Own the integrated implementation strategy including design, data collection, build, interface readiness, testing, and transition planning.
• Coordinate delivery of EHR products, interfaces, integrations, infrastructure dependencies, and hardware readiness.
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, staffing models, governance routines, and readiness criteria.
• Direct cross-functional teams across clinical operations, engineering, training, data, security, and vendors.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure SDLC, systems engineering, PMO, and regulatory alignment of delivery activities.
• Lead governance forums and provide actionable status updates to executives.
