Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or a related field (required)
• Master’s degree in health informatics, public health, MBA, or project management (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation/project management (required)
• Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization efforts (preferred)
• Prior experience in hospital/healthcare VA environment (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions (required)

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication and relationships between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team
• Manage the site-specific project plan and timeline and drive local site Informatics to success post Go-Live
• Present content and drive execution of Readiness Support Methodology locally
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with Engagement Management Team on Deployment schedules and events
• Coordinate and manage all site calls and events
• Track timelines for IMS Updates and PGL events
• Track and manage Readiness Checklist
• Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness counterparts
• Manage site-specific risks and report through Site Readiness scrums
