Job summary

The Delivery Lead is a senior operational and people leader responsible for the successful execution, customer engagement, and overall health of one or more mission areas supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

• 7+ years of consulting experience with federal agencies.
• Strong relationships with federal leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer relationship manager for assigned CISA mission areas.
• Own delivery performance across mission areas with quality, schedule, scope, and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and governance for delivery activities and teams.
• Monitor health through metrics, milestones, risks, and commitments.
• Collaborate with Capability Leads to align priorities with capabilities and offerings.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and process improvements.
