Job summary

Entarian, formed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, delivers mission-critical engineering and technology solutions to federal customers. The Technical Lead will provide end-to-end program leadership for CISA EEOSS, coordinating work packages, milestones, and reporting to COR while guiding enterprise IT initiatives.

The role requires a BS degree with 4+ years of related experience, DHS EOD clearance eligibility, and a track record in enterprise environments and complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of related experience or 8 years without a degree.
• Experience managing field teams in complex technical environments.
• Ability to drive teams to deliver objectives and manage risks.
• Experience in enterprise environments and with DHS/Federal programs.
• Must be eligible to obtain DHS EOD clearance (US citizenship, favorable background).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program leadership from planning to rollout.
• Coordinate and create work packages and schedule work.
• Lead initiative management and enterprise solution teams.
• Define and track business milestones at the program level.
• Track dependencies and manage risks, issues, and change logs.
• Communicate program status to internal teams and executives.
• Align milestones with business stakeholders and deliver value.
• Work with development teams to translate business requirements.
• Prepare weekly status reports, quad charts, and monthly content.
