Check Point Software in Reston, VA, is seeking an accomplished federal sales leader to head a team focused on the U.S. Federal Government, Civilian and DoW.

This leader will own federal sales strategy, team performance, pipeline growth, and revenue execution. The role requires deep knowledge of federal cyber initiatives, programs of record, the cleared government contracting environment, and the federal prime systems integrators that design and deliver cybersecurity programs to government

Qualifications

• 10+ years federal cybersecurity or enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven success leading and developing a federal sales team.
• Experience selling to U.S. Civilian and DoD organizations.
• Strong knowledge of DoD cyber initiatives, acquisition priorities, and programs of record.
• Experience with NISPOM requirements within a FOCI structure.
• Strong relationships across federal agencies and primes.
• Experience collaborating with federal primes on complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing federal sales team.
• Own sales strategy and revenue growth across Civilian and DoD organizations.
• Identify and win opportunities using DoD cyber initiatives and programs of record.
• Operate under NISPOM requirements for a FOCI-mitigated entity.
• Build executive relationships with federal customers and stakeholders.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand presence with federal primes.
• Partner with federal primes, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Lead complex opportunities from technical validation to award.
• Position portfolio against agency missions and security priorities.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, vehicles, and competitive pursuits.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce/Clari.
• Travel up to 50%.
