Zusammenfassung

NinjaOne is seeking a Federal Customer Success Manager to drive value and growth within federal government accounts, including civilian agencies, DoD contractors, and MSPs serving .gov clients. You will ensure adoption of NinjaOne's IT management platform while navigating federal compliance requirements such as FedRAMP and CMMC 2.0.

You will act as a strategic advisor, managing relationships with federal IT leaders, procurement officials, and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing IT accounts for federal agencies, DoD contractors, or MSPs serving .gov clients.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and identify upsell opportunities within federal markets.
• Strong consultative selling approach to address federal IT needs and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with federal IT leadership and procurement teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of MSP and internal IT accounts serving .gov agencies and contractors.
• Advise clients on FedRAMP, CMMC 2.0, procurement timelines, and budget cycles.
• Identify opportunities to expand NinjaOne’s presence across federal accounts through RMM, endpoint management, and cybersecurity offerings.
• Build long-term partnerships and ensure customers stay informed on features and compliance updates.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and channel teams to navigate government contracts and buying vehicles.
• Track opportunities and forecast revenue using Salesforce; align with federal procurement timelines.
• Stay current on federal IT trends and compliance developments to position NinjaOne as a strategic partner.
