NinjaOne in the United States seeks a Manager of Business Development to drive growth in Federal Civilian, DoD, and SLED markets. This cross-functional role partners with capture, contract strategy, legislative intelligence, and field sales to shape and win government opportunities.

You will build pipelines, advise on procurement vehicles like GSA MAS and SeaPort-NxG, and coordinate with product, legal, and finance to move opportunities through qualification, proposal, award, and close.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in business development, capture support, or federal sales.
• Knowledge of federal procurement (FAR/DFARS) and contract vehicles.
• Understanding of SLED procurement landscape and state purchasing.
• Experience tracking Congressional appropriations and budget cycles.
• Experience supporting government deals; large, complex deals is a plus.
• Relationships within the federal IT ecosystem are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support capture efforts across Federal Civilian, DoD, and SLED markets.
• Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline (GSA MAS, SeaPort-NxG).
• Engage customers and end users to shape requirements and evaluations.
• Partner with field sales through qualification, proposal, award, and close.
• Advise product and engineering on public sector roadmap and FedRAMP.
