Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Federal Customer Success Manager to drive long-term value and growth within federal government accounts, including civilian agencies, DoD contractors, and MSPs serving .gov clients. You will ensure clients realize NinjaOne's IT management solutions while navigating FedRAMP and CMMC 2.0 compliance.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, expanding platform adoption and coordinating with legal, finance, and channel teams to navigate procurement processes and government

Qualifications

• Experience selling IT solutions to federal agencies or MSPs serving .gov clients.
• Experience navigating FedRAMP and CMMC 2.0 requirements.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of MSP and internal IT accounts serving .gov agencies.
• Advise on FedRAMP, CMMC 2.0, budgets, and procurement cycles.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across federal accounts.
• Partner with legal, finance, and channel teams on contracts.
• Forecast revenue using Salesforce and report to stakeholders.
