• Plans, regulates, and schedules cooking procedures so that completed food products are ready at the appropriate temperature and time.
• Plan, prepares and coordinates entire meals.
• Stores food correctly; covering, labeling, and dating.
• Maintains a high standard of food safety and sanitation, by complying with food safety guidelines and continually cleaning and sanitizing as they work.
