Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst to support DoD acquisition and contracts lifecycle as a liaison to government clients. You will help pre- and post-award activities, draft documents, and provide market insights to strengthen defense contract processes.

You will apply advisory skills, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to deliver solutions that defend the nation and support the warfighter.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DoD or DoN contracts management experience.
• Experience with cradle-to-grave DoD contracts, including post-award management.
• Experience providing contractual advice to government clients with research and analysis of regulations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and acquisition planning.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Draft contract documentation and technical instructions; conduct market research and procurement coaching; anticipate upcoming contract actions.
• Provide contractual advice to a government client with research and interpretation of complex regulations.
• Support DoD clients in contract management and acquisition processes; ensure compliance with regulations.
