Reporting to a senior consultant, you will prepare client work products, review operations data, keep engagements on schedule, join agency calls, assist with contract changes and proposals, and ensure compliance with federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong research capabilities and detail-oriented.
• Relationship-focused with clients and colleagues.
• Comfort working independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client work products under guidance of a senior consultant.
• Review client operations and performance data to identify improvements.
• Keep engagements on schedule and set clear expectations with clients.
• Join client calls and participate in discussions with government agencies.
• Help clients stay compliant with federal contract terms.
• Assemble contract change requests and contribute to proposals.
• Follow internal procedures and federal requirements on every deliverable.
