Pace LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist III to provide end-to-end procurement and contracting support for a federal government client in the DC metro area. The role emphasizes pre-award analysis, market research, IGCE/QASP, and post-award contract modifications in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Hybrid work arrangement in Alexandria, VA with in-office 1–2 days per week. Requires public trust clearance and extensive experience with FAR-based acquisitions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of procurement/contracting experience.
• Experience with cost and price analysis.
• Proficiency with federal contracting tools (PD2, SPS, ECWM, CON-IT).
• Experience in Federal Government contracting preferred.
• R&D and S&T acquisition and construction contracting experience.

Aufgaben

• Review acquisition packages and provide recommendations for FAR-based acquisitions.
• Support market research, IGCE, and QASP preparation.
• Assist in cost/price analysis and in preparing award documents.
• Prepare contract modifications and related records; support COR processes.
• Assist with FOIA responses and document retrieval for contracts.
