Job summary

Abode Services in Fremont, CA is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to provide high-level oversight across programs, monitor budgets, and develop reports on housing and service delivery outcomes. The role drives improvement plans and ensures cross-department communication to maintain program funding and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in business administration, finance, social services, public policy, or related field.
• Valid California Driver's License, insurance, and clean DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete and accurate tracking system of all contracts.
• Ensure new contracts are routed to all agency departments for launch.
• Monitor and communicate program performance analysis to senior leadership.
• Establish standards and best practices for improvement plans.
• Develop monthly program performance snapshots and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and funding requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and share effective techniques.
• Coordinate information sharing across departments and meet deadlines.
• Provide technical assistance to improve data collection and financial/administrative processes.
• Manage contract renewals and submission deadlines.
• Maintain familiarity with funding regulations and reporting obligations.
