Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. is seeking multiple Contract Specialists to support the U.S. Navy at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, ME. This full-time, primarily onsite role in Kittery offers cradle-to-grave federal contracting support, including planning, negotiations, and closeout, with health benefits and a 401(k).

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of government contracting experience (8+ for seniors), DAWIA/FAC-C certification, and strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS. U.S. citizenship and clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government contracting experience for Contract Specialist positions; 8+ years for Senior Contract Specialist positions.
• DAWIA Contracting Professional Certification or equivalent (e.g., DAWIA Level III, FAC-C).
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS, procurement procedures, and federal acquisition regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• U.S. citizenship and active security clearance; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Provide cradle-to-grave federal acquisition support from planning through closeout.
• Review requirements, SOWs, and sole-source justifications for compliance.
• Conduct market research and assist in IGEs, J&As, and supporting docs.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs and related documents ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Perform cost and price analyses using advanced Excel functions.
• Support source selection activities and prepare evaluation docs.
• Assist in pre-negotiation objectives and COR designation letters.
• Prepare contract modifications and post-award documents; monitor performance.
