Stage 4 Solutions is seeking a Contracting Program Manager to lead a team supporting the U.S. Navy at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, ME. You will oversee cradle-to-grave federal acquisitions, provide guidance on complex negotiations, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while coordinating with Government stakeholders.

The role is on-site at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME, with a 40-hour work week and standard daytime hours. A DAWIA/FAC-C equivalent certification and U.S.

Formación

• 8+ years of government contracting experience
• At least 3 years of government supervisory experience
• DAWIA Contracting Professional Certification or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS and Navy acquisition procedures
• Experience mentoring and training acquisition personnel
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active security clearance
• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the contractor acquisition support team and coordinate workloads
• Provide cradle-to-grave management for complex federal acquisitions
• Guide performance reviews and resolve contract discrepancies
• Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) per FAR/DFARS
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders to track milestones and priorities
• Oversee time reporting and telework coordination while ensuring compliance
• Prepare Transition-Out Plan and knowledge transfer with Government personnel
• Utilize ePS/PD2, FPDS-NG, SAM, GSA eBuy and PIEE for procurement activities
