INCATech LLC seeks a Contacting Specialist (PNSY) to support federal acquisition activities at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME, onsite. The role covers planning, market research, contract award, administration, and closeout.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of contracting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a DAWIA contracting certification, with strong knowledge of federal procurement laws and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Competenze

• Five years of contracting experience in the government or related environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• DAWIA Contracting Certification or equivalent required (e.g., FAC-C/DoD FAC-C).
• Expert knowledge of federal contracting laws, regulations, and policies.
• Experience with electronic procurement tools and contract-writing systems.

Mansioni

• Support federal acquisition activities from planning through closeout.
• Prepare and review solicitations, acquisition plans, and market research documents.
• Assist with cost/price analysis and evaluation of proposals.
• Support source selection, strategy development, and negotiations.
• Prepare award documentation and post-award records.
