BryceTech LLC is seeking a Contract Closeout Specialist to support SZK within the U.S. Space Force by managing the final closeout of assigned Government contracts.

The role ensures end items are delivered, inspected, and accepted, and all administrative, financial, and reporting actions are resolved before closeout. The ideal candidate has hands-on Government contract administration experience, closeout documentation expertise, and coordination with contracting officers, program managers,

Competenze

• Active DoW TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, contract management, finance, accounting, acquisition, or a related field.
• 3–10 years of government contracting or contract closeout experience.
• Experience reviewing contract files and supporting documentation to verify deliverables and obligations.
• Familiarity with FAR requirements and government contract administration.
• Ability to coordinate with contracting officers, program managers, and finance personnel to close out actions.

• Perform final closeout reviews to verify obligations satisfied and delivery accepted.
• Verify delivery, inspection, and acceptance of end items with complete supporting documentation.
• Ensure all administrative, financial, and reporting actions are resolved before closeout.
• Review contract files, invoices, payment records, and deliverable documentation for accuracy.
• Identify gaps and issues that could delay closeout and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Prepare closeout documentation, checklists, and status reports per government requirements.
