Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3–10 years in government contracting or contract closeout.
• Experience closing out government contracts and handling closeout documentation.
• Familiarity with FAR requirements and government procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform final closeout reviews of assigned government contracts to verify all requirements are satisfied.
• Confirm delivery, inspection, and acceptance of end items with complete documentation.
• Verify administrative, financial, property, deliverables, and reporting actions are resolved before closeout.
• Review contract files, modifications, invoices, and records for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with contracting officers, program managers, and finance personnel to resolve open items.
• Track closeout status and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare closeout documentation, checklists, and status reports per requirements.
• Maintain organized contract records per retention policies.
• Communicate closeout risks and corrective actions to stakeholders.
