Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Safety Manager to oversee safety programs for federal construction, demolition, asbestos abatement, and regulated-material projects.

This role serves as the primary safety contact with the USACE Safety Office and provides technical direction to SSHOs across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with demolition and regulated-material safety, strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1, OSHA regulations, hazard analysis, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field, or 15 years of relevant safety experience without a degree.
• Minimum 10 years of safety experience in general industry and construction.
• Experience managing safety programs for demolition, abatement, heavy construction, or similar hazardous projects.
• Experience across multiple concurrent project sites and supervising SSHOs or safety personnel.
• Experience conducting accident, incident, and mishap investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage E-Logic's corporate safety program for federal construction and environmental projects.
• Establish and maintain safety policies, procedures, and performance standards across sites.
• Coordinate with USACE Safety Office and government safety representatives on inspections and documentation.
• Develop and approve Accident Prevention Plans (APPs) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs).
• Provide technical oversight to SSHOs and field personnel; monitor safety performance and corrective actions.
• Oversee demolition, asbestos/lead abatement, and regulated-material safety across sites; ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.
• Lead or oversee investigations; prepare reports and track corrective actions.
