Job summary

LRS Federal, a veteran-owned firm, seeks a Quality Assurance (QA) Representative to support Fort Detrick, MD. You will work with engineers to ensure renovation and modernization activities meet contract requirements and industry standards.

You will inspect contractor work on-site, review submittals, and document daily RMS reports. Proficiency with EM 385‑1‑1, OSHA, MS Project, and Primavera P6 is preferred. Experience on federal projects and three-phase inspection processes is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction quality assurance on federal projects.
• 5-7 years in building construction/renovation/modernization.
• Hands-on knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA.
• USACE experience preferred and familiarity with three-phase inspection process.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Contractor Work: on-site inspections and review submittals with RMS reports.
• Review On-Site Materials and Equipment for conformance to docs and standards.
• Observe Contractor Methods and document findings for Government personnel.
• Analyze Schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6 for critical path.
